Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who aspires to progress in a Human Resources career. Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Collaborates with team members in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures.
2. Recruits for various positions and coordinates new-employee orientation, pre-employment tests, reference checks, exit interviews, and other recruiting and retention strategies.
3. Participates in benefits administration including open enrollment and reporting structure for clients.
4. Maintains handbook updates, records, reports and logs.
5. Leads in organizational training and development efforts.
6. Assists with HRIS, time keeping and other systems training and development.
7. Performs compensation analyses and researches additional compensation tools.
8. Communicates with client employees via phone, email, or other messaging platforms.
9. Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
10. Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

1. Strong communication and management skills.
2. Outgoing personality.
3. Willingness to learn.

5. Strong proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
6. Creative ability and writing proficiency.
7. Organized, meticulous, and public speaking skills.
8. Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all information.
9. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent levels of education/work experience.
10. 1 -2 years Human Resources experience preferred.
