Job Description
As a Payroll Admin, you’ll quickly respond to client/employee phone calls and instant messages, complete administrative requests from regulatory agencies and support our payroll team. Working collectively as a team, you'll contribute to a Best of HR company, providing
customized and accurate payroll services and more! 

This is a full-time, in-office position at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.

Duties And Responsibilities

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Answers client and employee phone calls and instant messages.
• Completes and sends Verification of Employment forms and various requests from regulatory agencies.
• Enters garnishments and child support data.
• Assists with mail and FedEx shipments for payroll delivery.
• Provides ongoing support to the Payroll Supervisor and Team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years customer service experience
• Previous payroll experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to sit at a desk while working on a computer for prolonged periods of time.
