Job Description
In this role, you'll reconcile carrier invoices by comparing premiums deducted against enrollments
made through our proprietary HRIS. You'll be a primary
resource for clients and worksite employees regarding benefits questions. If

This is a full-time, in office position at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.

Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:2. Assist client and worksite employees with benefits-related questions, navigating the HRIS and claim resolutions in a positive and timely manner.
3. Serve as a backup for the Benefits HRIS Manager in managing the HRIS.
4. Assist with enrollment files, non-electronic data interchange (EDI) files, and carrier applications.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and embrace emerging technologies.
6. Prepare and distribute wrap documents, medical support notices and other compliance information.
7. Empower clients and worksite employees to access identified resources.
8. Other duties as assigned.
2. 1+ years of carrier or broker agency experience preferred
3. Highly experienced in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
