This is a full-time (some hybrid remote/office work option available after completion of training) at our headquarters in Sandy, UT.
Duties And Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:• Drive revenue.
• Develop business opportunities within Stratus’ target market through personal marketing activities; networking, direct contacts, social media, any method to generate qualified prospective clients.
• Attend and successfully complete all company required training programs.
• Conduct meetings with C-Suite to introduce Stratus HR’s service and qualify prospective clients for a good business fit.
• Evaluate the needs, wants, goals and costs of prospective clients.
• Maintain sensitive client data with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
• Present Stratus HR’s proposals to gain the client relationship and execute company required agreements.
• Assist in the successful implementation of new clients.
• Maintain all client touchpoints, meetings and sales activity in CRM.
• Reports on sales activity and results to CRO.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key strategic partners.
• Creates sales forecasting and business development activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Promotes the company’s DNA through all product lines, presentations, promotional materials, and events.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Skills:
• Minimum five years of business-to-business sales experience (Sales in PEO, HR Outsourcing, insurance, employee benefits, payroll, etc.)
• Degree in Business or other related field. MBA preferred, but not required.

Qualifications/Skills:

• A leader who can take feedback.
